BILL KIRKPATRICK
As the CEO of 360 Group International, Bill Kirkpatrick offers more than two decades of Law Enforcement experience with the Beverly Hills Police Department. For the last 10 years of his career at the BHPD, Officer Kirkpatrick had the responsibility for coordinating the Police Department’s needs for all special events for the City of Beverly Hills. Bill also created and implemented security / traffic plans for visiting dignitaries and heads of state as well as many high profile celebrity events and awards shows including the Golden Globes, the Emmy’s, and Academy Award events.
Bill Kirkpatrick has many years of experience working protection details for Corporate Executives including Forbes 100 Corporate Clients, A-list Celebrities, Military and Government Officials. He is a top level dedicated professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Protection, Intelligence, Criminal Investigations and Threat Assessments.
Bill possesses a CCW and is authorized to carry a concealed firearm nationwide. Through inter-agency training, he has developed special expertise in tactical field operations and high-risk threat assessments.
Bill is experienced in managing sensitive operations including the day-to-day activities for prominent public figures, A-list celebrities, and organizations. He directs a staff of threat assessment analysts, investigators, and experts trained at rapid response reaction. Bill routinely coordinates with the U.S. Secret Service, Military and Law Enforcement officials, as well as foreign government agencies that protect heads of state and other officials. He has managed hundreds of protective details for the world’s most prominent public figures globally (film and television locations, domestic and international travel details, private estates, public appearances / events).
During his Law Enforcement career, Bill received numerous personal commendations and citations including “Officer of the Year” honors on two occasions from both the Beverly Hills Police Department and the Beverly Hills American Legion.

RYAN LATHROP
Ryan has been involved in security, military, and police work for over twenty years. Recently retired from the New York City Police Department, Ryan’s experience in general patrol and anti-criminal operations is amplified with extensive training in Counterterrorism, Active Shooter situations, Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response, Street Narcotics Enforcement, Radiological/Nuclear Awareness, Emergency Vehicle Operations, and Disorder Control. His last assignment was within the Special Operations Division as a member of the Elite Scuba Team. This highly trained unit would respond to incidents within the waterways of New York City deploying from police boats and/or helicopters. During his law enforcement career, Ryan has earned many personal commendations for excellent police duties and meritorious police duties.
Ryan is a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. As a Sergeant in an infantry unit, Ryan established a reputation for invaluable leadership while conducting military operations ashore in Southwest Asia and Africa. A member of Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, 1st Marine Division, his amphibious Marine Corps unit was also the Trailer Force for Seal Team 3 & 5, the Direct Response Team for 1st Force Recon, and was assigned to a Special Operations Team performing Joint Task Force Operations with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the United States Border Patrol.
Ryan is a Certified Special Operations Protection Specialist and has extensive training and experience in Executive Protection and High-Threat Protection Operations. Certified through Executive Security International, Ryan has been trained in Protective Detail Operations, Detail Advances, Motorcade Protection, Evasive Driving, IED Explosives Response & Identification, as well as Counter-surveillance & Surveillance Detection.
Ryan has personally managed close protection operations for high net-worth individuals within the United States and abroad. He has conducted threat assessments and established security plans for many high-profile events, business locations, and private residences.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a Concentration in Homeland Security.

WALT JORDAN
Walt Jordan is the Director of Executive Protection and Training at 360 Group. He has 28 years of experience with the Beverly Hills Police Department. During that time he was the Officer in charge of the Special Tactics Unit, Senior SWAT/Special Response Team Supervisor. Following his career at the Beverly Hills Police Department, Walt was appointed as the Commander of the AMTRAK Police counter-terror unit for the Western United States and served six years in that capacity at the rank of Captain.
Walt has conducted hundreds of protection operations directly and in support of U.S. Presidents, Foreign Heads of State, Dignitaries, business persons, celebrities and people with serious physical threats. He has conducted hundreds of threat and risk assessments for protective operations, businesses and private estates globally.

ELIZABETH GREEN
Elizabeth Green brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Operations Manager
at 360 Group International, Inc. Since joining the company in 2018, she has been instrumental
in developing and implementing security and risk mitigation plans for high-profile events,
including the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, and Emmy Awards. Her role encompasses
crafting and enforcing policies and procedures for both public and private events, ensuring a
high standard of safety and efficiency.
Elizabeth’s career began in loss prevention, where she worked closely with her local Sheriff’s
Department. Her rapid ascent through the ranks as a field trainer and member of specialized
organized retail crime units earned her numerous awards and commendations. Her
investigative work played a crucial role in apprehending retail theN suspects in several
significant cases.
Transitioning to private investigations in Illinois, Elizabeth led investigations in workers’
compensation, liability, domestic disputes, and insider threats. As the Midwest Region
investigations Manager, she directed a top-performing team and was honored with the
“Investigator of the Year” Award for her leadership and results.
In Southern California, Elizabeth was contracted by the Department of Homeland Security as a
Detention Officer. Her responsibilities included providing security and support services for
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and overseeing federal detainees under Immigration
and Customs Enforcement (ICE) jurisdiction. Her diverse background and expertise underscore
her capability in managing complex security and investigative challenges across various
domains.

Grant Hudson is the Business Development Manager covering the state of Texas, for 360 Group International, a private security company.
